Invis Sports Advisory is a boutique agency specializing in training and comprehensive career management for soccer players, valuing a 360º representation model. We don't see the athlete as a financial asset, but as a human being in development—both on and off the field. We accompany their journey from youth development, through the professional ranks, to the post-career transition.

We select a very small number of athletes from the youth system for comprehensive monitoring. We create a structured program for these developing athletes and their families, addressing the most relevant aspects of the industry so that they can understand and confirm or not their choice of this career path.

I am Debora Sapoznik
Founder of Invis Sports Advisory
and FIFA agent.
I am an economist with a degree from Stanford University specializing in Industrial Engineering. I lived for almost 10 years in the USA, where I worked in the financial market at JP Morgan and ABN AMRO Rothschild banks, and in Brazil at Rothschild, UBS, and UBS Pactual banks.
I have worked in various areas of the financial market: capital markets, wealth management, and project management office.
I was the CFO of Rothschild bank in Brazil.
I founded my personal consulting company in 2011 where I worked with various clients on extremely diverse projects including construction management and negotiation, personal financial management, real estate sales, and management of land and air fleets.
